I've installed OTRS in my company and the incoming e-mails get deleted after
they're fetched. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?
In my system I created 2 mailboxes. Main one and backup one. OTRS is fetching
mails only from first one. At the same time all emails coming to main account
are forwarded [and not deleted] to the second one to have a copy.
