I am trying to remove the quote characters when using the auto responder
feature for specific queues.  

What I am trying to do is to run a script that generates emails that get
filtered into OTRS then forwards the ticket emails to the appropriate
users to follow up on (kind of the reverse of OTRS normal function).  At
the moment I can generate the emails into OTRS and forward the
notification out to the users, but the body contains the ">" characters
on the left side.  Is there a way to remove this so that the users don't
see it in their emails?
