I just realized, I had to change the home to the path to my otrs home
as well. Unfortunately, using $HOME won't do it.

There is a script that lets you install the necessary cron jobs. I
think it is Cron.sh in the bin directory.
I ran that script (after modifying the time intervals I wanted the
jobs to repeat in) and it did the installation fine.
