indeed :-) I did run that script and I thought that I did use the right permissions. OTRS is installed using the 'otrs' user with home directory '/opt/otrs' and group 'otrs'. The web server is installed as a regular user who has sudo privileges. As a result, I did run SetPermissions as:
SetPermissions /opt/otrs otrs web_server_user otrs group_of_web_user I thought the above was correct?
