Hi, Nelson, You might need to go through the whole administrator's manual to have a better understanding of OTRS. =( The software itself is pretty complex.
Since I'm a beginner too, I can only answer your first question: Login as someone with admin privilege, and go to Admin->Email Addresses->Add and create your own reply address. This is the email address that you want to use for a specific queue. And according to the admin manual, it suggests to use PostMaster POP3 Account to retrieve emails for particular queues. That's what I use, not using fetchmail.
