Thanks for your help Shawn. My server is not stripping attachments from my mail messages. I am still having problems with the attachments however. Again, just by viewing the file1 and file2 I can see the contents of the attachments scattered among other characters (i.e. if it's a text document I can see some of the actual words here and there). Also, I see no mention of any other attachments except for file1 and file2 when I zoom into the trouble ticket. Is there a certain setting maybe somewhere that I need to set or do I need to re-install the whole application?
