Hello I want to set up one of my queue in such a way that any ticket closed in this queue should be automaticallymoved to another queue speciied by me. Example if there are 2 queue called "Internal" and "External", I want a set up in such a way that any ticket that I close in External Queue should be automatically moved to the Internal Queue . State of ticket being unchanged. Is that possible in OTRS?
