You're issue seems to be the same as the "[UPGRADE 2.2.6 to 2.3.1] No
MainObject! at
/var/www/otrs-231/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/AuthSession.pm line 83."
thread (wow that's a mouthful).

A possible solution was just posted to the list.
