In SysConfig, Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose
Look for: Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat:
Remove the 2 lines that say:
$QData{"OrigFrom"} $Text{"wrote"}:
$QData{"Body"}
I'm pretty sure this will apply to ALL responses though so if you still want
the quoted original text in some of them, this may not be the answer for you.

I believe you, but here's what I see when I go to edit the "Empty"
response...
