I have stumble upon a problem. On the old system they run 2.2.5 and on the new 2.3.3. Following the step by step guide I end up with problems. After doing mysqldump command as outlined in the documentation. The problem is after I run the mysql -u -r otrs < otrs.sql command. Nothing is imported to the database. When I ran a backup/restore I was able to run the update script and the move was a partial success. I haven't verified any other configuration options is working.
