Hi all. Looking at the otrs.org FAQ section (faq.otrs.org) the order of categories is not alphabetical. However I cannot find any way to sort them, so I wonder how they did so. Any ideas? I couldn't find anything about the topic elsewhere, so maybe someone here knows...
