OTRS,
I have created a queue, and a group. I have given myself all
permissions for that queue, and added it to the queues I see when I log in.
However if I log out and log back in I no longer see the queue and have
to do the previous steps all over again. This is true for all other
otrs users also.
Where are these "permissions" and queue choices saved at, and any ideas
how I can get the config to stay?
