Hi Sander, Did you granted needed permissions for your folders? One of the possible reasons for "The specified CGI application..." error is insufficient file access rights, for example when IIS has no write access on "\var\log" folder. TEMPORAIRLY grant full access for user EVERONE and see if error disapears or not. It is recomended to put your OTRS source in WWWROOT folder because there is some predefined access rights. OTRS log files are stored in "\var\log" (must be introduced in config.pm) and maybe helpfull.
