It's a language object specific item, I believe default can also can be
set per theme:
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AAABase.dtl
find /opt/otrs -type f -exec egrep '"New message' {} \; -print
however, I would rethink this rename, because Message is not synonym to
Ticket.
Message is a new entry in a ticket. Could be confusing.

display "New Ticket" instead. Which file do i change. I could not find
