I've not upgraded yet to 2.4 but in 2.3 there were a: Config Options: Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewMove Ticket::Frontend::MoveType: The queue selection can be shown in a dropdown list or in a new window. If "New Window" is set you can add a move note to the ticket.
Is it present in 2.4 too ?
