Hi, you should create a "postmaster filter" matching all of the email addresses and setting X-OTRS-Queue or create the same with the Generic Agent (specifing a cron time) depending on the setting of the "Postmaster Mail Account" (Dispatching by selected queue [defaulted with raw] or by TO:)
