I’m new to OTRS and not too familiar with Linux and it seemed that there is no information on how to install an Update from 2.4.x to 2.4.n not even in the official documentation, or is there? Eventually I found it somewhere on the net, but wouldn’t it be great to add an UPDATING file with a simple description to the package and an entry to the docu?
