Hi
I have installed OTRS system on Windows XP and trying to send e-mail
tickets from the OTRS system
through the SMTP mail server
But i am getting the following exception
ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.0 OS: MSWin32 Time: Mon Sep 7 14:57:56 2009
Message: SMTP authentication failed: 5355.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.

I have added the SMTP configuration as given below to
OTRS\OTRS\Kernel\Config.pm

Can someone help me in finding why the exception is occuring
