I think you should run the script again and explicitly specify all users
(shown when script is run without any params):
[--otrs-user=<OTRS_USER>]
[--web-user=<WEBSERVER_USER>]
[--otrs-group=<OTRS_GROUP>]
[--web-group=<WEB_GROUP>]
Then, of course, check the permissions of the directories you get in
that error message.
