It's sad to hear that for a small patch i have to rebuild the whole thing. small patches like 2.4.4 to 2.4.5 should be done easier. for 2x to 3x this may be the path..
If that's the case , i guess i have to suspend the service tonight and do the migration. Luckily my otrs is on ESX Server i'll get a snapshot before i do this , i don't want to mess it up totally.
