This is much better, but i have only one concern. I'll backup the otrs but i have modified some settings (as natural) like ldap sendmail etc. those configurations will gone if i overwrite the files. Which folder should i restore back in order to keep my changes or is there a way of getting the changed configuration list in otrs so i can restore back them?
