Hello to all, We have defined several basic ticket types, and wish to have all tickets be created as Type::Incident by default. I know this can be manually selected when a ticket is created through the web interface, but where do we change the default option from ' - ' to 'Incident'?
I'm assuming this is done in a .pm file somewhere, but I haven't been able to find that entry.
