Hello OTRS Mailinglist,
I need to create something like subcategories in the CI Module just like in
the example. Maybe someone can help me with a way to do it or a work around
CI Module->Software->Manufacturer->Product
Software->Microsoft->Office
Software->Microsoft->Operating System
etc.
Is it possible to enabel a listing like this?
