I'm lost.... If I'm correct than the only change in OTRS is setting
the
SOAP user and password. I've also set these directly in the rpc.pl
under
$User and $Password (to be on the safe side). I'm running OTRS
2.4.5. Can
someone post a small working script in PHP (preferred) or Perl, that
just
creates a new ticket?
