Thank you, James. Maybe I did something wrong when reporting the problem, but now everything works flawlessly both in Chrome and IE.
I also considered the 'unowned' user, but thought that probably there were a possibility to have, so to say, 'technically' unowned tickets, i.e. that belonging to nobody, even to the 'unowned' or 'root' users.
