I know of no easy way.

You could use search templates and give quick access to them by activating Frontend::NavBarModule###1-Ticket::TicketSearchProfile . But the template has to be created for every agent.

With OTRS 2.4.x you could use the new dashboard which offers a combined view of "My Queues" and "My Tickets". You could test with the public demo system.
