I have the same problem. I did an upgrade from 2.3.4 to 2.4.6 yesterday.
The tickets are still visible on the dashboard and through the search
function, but they disappeared on the MyQueues view.

I regret, I have no hint except waiting.
As described the problem suddenly disappeared one or two days later. But
please notice that I did no upgrade, I just changed the article storage
parameter. And I never had a 2.3.x installation. So you could have the
same symptoms but with another cause.
