That's exactly why. I made a patch for my own changes to AgentTicketOverviewPreview.dtl, though. Another issue: In order to use Apache::DBI I have to change /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl -- which gets overwritten by the new version :( > so if you have modified this specific .dtl file you can merge your > changes with that.
