Hi Leonardo!
I already seen that before but I want to add MORE freetext than the 16 defaults
fields. In other words, I need 32 freetext fields and I want to know how to do
it. I know that OTRS was not designed for this situation but in my
implementation is necessary. Thanks a lot for any idea!
