Thanks all! I was confusing the SQL login with the user on the command
line (which doesn't have a password). I downloaded the Config.pm file,
found the pass and got in just fine.

Hi Greg,
you need the database password you entered during the installation of
OTRS, default is "hot" and you should definitively have changed
this. If
so you can look at your Config.pm .

you can change the otrs user password in Kernel/Config.pm
