As I try to enable cron jobs in OTRS, the foll: error occurrs.
a...@an-desktop:/opt/otrs$ bin/Cron.sh start OTRS_USER as root
Run this script just as OTRS user! Or use 'Cron.sh {start|stop|restart}
OTRS_USER' as root!
