Hi,

I don’t want to get the internal mails to create tickets So I did the following From: wipo.int
To : [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>
X-Ignore = Yes It works perfectly, all emails containing wipo.int are ignored and do not create tickets. Now they ask me for an expection for [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>. That one should create a ticket How can modifiy the From statement in order to make “and not [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>”

Just create an additional Filter that is executed after the one you have already.
Set the Ignore flag to no again and define other settings as you need.
