please check in SysConfig :

1. Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewQueue -> Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###ViewAllPossibleTickets

2. Frontend::Admin::ModuleRegistration -> Frontend::Module###AdminCustomerUser
