Hi All. Actually I don't know should I write to dev list or to user list...
I'm using OTRS 2.2.5 and want to upgrade to OTRS 2.4.7, but I have some
ugly hacks in 2.2.5 code. Most of them are in
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketQueueTicketView.dtl file. It's
some simple patches that changes visualization and adds additional
queue. And as I can see there is no such file in new version. Can you
please help me, in what files should I look instead?
