Hi Edgar, not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but I have
something similar Services, and SLAs
So, for exmaple, you would setup a Service item for Conduit A
Then, create SLAs for cable A1, cable A2, and cable A3
Part of the creation of the SLA is to link it to a Service
Now, in the customer interface when a customer selects a service item, the SLAs
that are linked to that service are populated in the drop-down.

So I would like to have one drop down menu with the conduit listed, when you
select that one it populates the next drop down field with just cables for that
conduit.
Any advice on how to accomplish this would be great!
