If you have a support contract @otrs.com, you can, depending on your contract, sometimes escalate a bug which means it will get a priority fix. If you don't have a support contract but are in need of a fix, you can always contact [email protected] to ask for a quotation. Otherwise, it's up to the people at R&D to decide if and when it will be fixed. Of course, adding a patch to the bugzilla usually helps speeding up this process as well....
