When I ran it with: /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=www --otrs-group=otrs --web-group=www --admin-user=Administrator --admin-group=wheel /opt/otrs
the /opt/otrs/var/httpd user was set to otrs not www, the web user.
