Hi,

you can change the customer via the customer screen, regardless if the ticket is closed or not (Action=AgentTicketCustomer).

But if you mean the from field in article 1 of each ticket and not the customer field in general then this isn't changeable later because this would change the documentation of the ticket (like changing a log file).
