I tried to activate Customer Auth LDAP

I think settings is correct,

but I go to http://suppport.localdomain/otrs/customer.pl

i got blank screen

There is no NET/LDAP.pm

I used this command to install PERL Module Net::LDAP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::LDAP

and success ..

what other things should I check?
