otrs version: 3.0.5 OS: Ubuntu 10.10
I have been able to successfully install ORTS, get to the web interface, and even fetch mail. I am not sure I understand how to reply to a ticket through the web interface, though. I can forward ticket content with the 'forward' button but I see no way to reply to a ticket. I see a -Reply- dropdown just to the right of the 'Print' button but it does not appear to do anything. If someone can point me in the right direction for replying to a ticket through the web interface, it would be much appreciated.
