Hi Winter, You may want to try entering this into the SQL box in the administration section of OTRS.
select f_subject, f_field1, f_field2, f_field3, f_field4, f_field5 from faq_item Then set the limit to above 74, and the output to CVS. You may not want to include all those f_fields, I know we are currently only using f_field3 (which is solution).
