Hello,

I believe AgentTicketZoom will only show you fields with values. If you
haven't set the freefield to a value, nothing will be shown.
Another thing to do is make sure
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/CustomerTicketZoom.dtl is actually
letting you see the freefield.
