We have 2 POP 3 addresses in our OTRS system. If a customer send email to both addresses they customer will get 2 auto-replay back, but both from the same queue.
How can I configure so the customer get one auto-replay from each queue ? (Both queue have well working auto-replay if customer send e-mail to just one address. Problem is when customer send the email to both addresses at same time in the "to" felt.) Thanks in advance.
