First : I have Type menu in create new ticket interface, I want to link it with 
my queues. HOW ?

Second : in To menu I want to put my categories for example: IT service desk 
team or application team .. etc. HOW ?

If I can create new custom menu please inform me HOW ?

think you have to code something. or

create your own scheme or skin. look in developper book. it

is creating a new skin and alter css files.
