Yes that should work for a simple backup/restore of the database. As far as I know the files are for the following (someone correct me if I'm wrong)... Kernel/Config.pm contains your main config. Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm contains any generic agent jobs you have manually created. Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm contains any configuration settings from SysConfig.
