Hi Mathias For example I want to send out some sort of alert - saying the network is going to be interrupted for a time. I would like to 'Tickets > New Email Ticket' then when I choose 'From queue' have queue called 'Network Advisory' for example which contains a text temple (this I can do) but also to automatically fill out the To and CC field with the email addresses of the people who need to know about the alert.
