Look at CustomerUser Map
# var, frontend, storage, shown (1=always,2=lite), required, storage-type,
http-link, readonly, http-link-target

var: As OTRS would use (for instance, for notifications/variables)
frontend: "Label"
storage: field/column name in the backend.
