To be more explicit about it:

Cron.sh stop otrs
empties otrs crontab
Cron.sh start otrs
concats otrs/var/cron into otrs crontab

grep PostMasterMailbox otrs/var/cron

If you see it more than once, it's too many times. comment (#) extraneous
ones out.

If you see it only once, run
Cron.sh restart otrs
