Hi there,

During LDAP integration with OTRS, we have mapped CustomerIDs (OTRS) =
department (LDAP), but it brings no value to the column I've added to the
dashboard.


Do I need to alter any .pm ou .dtl file?


Dashboard shows only data related to the ticket.
