"welcome to Verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed as the called party is temporarily unavailable". The goes to another Verizon message saying the call can't be completed as dialed.
I just confirmed from northwest Ohio calling Comcast support 8009346489 gives me the error with hd/advanced features on but competes with it off.
